Scott L. Henriques, president and owner of S.L.H. Builders, was born and raised in lower Westchester County. After graduating from Mamaroneck High School, Scott joined the United States Marine Corps. After being honorably discharged from Corps, Scott returned to Larchmont. He worked with Master Craftsman from Mamaroneck and Rye where he learned his trade. He also attended SUNY Purchase at night. In 1994, Scott opened S.L.H. Builders. In 1996, he became incorporated. He has built his reputation by hard work and dedication to his customers.

Scott continues to do most of his work in Lower Westchester County as well as Fairfield County, Connecticut. He is licensed to work in both states. Scott’s customer base has been built by word of mouth and reputation and continues to grow as children of his clients buy their own homes. He runs a very hands-on operation and he is always on the job working with his men. The homeowner's satisfaction is his top priority.
